Project

We are developing a podcast platform available for iOS and Android for one of the biggest Scandinavian media companies.

The project started 10 months ago and we have a couple releases behind us. We have a long roadmap of new features ahead of us and we're constantly improving UX

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Scrum Master Role
• Good practical and theoretical knowledge of Scrum
• Practical experience with facilitation of activities (meetings, refinement of Product Backlog, conflict resolution etc.)
• Very good soft & communication skills (it's part of our job)
• English _{B2 or higher}

Nice to have:

• PSM Certificate
• Experience and knowledge in other Agile methodologies (i.e. Kanban, Lean)
• Experience in other roles relative to IT: Product Owner, Developer, Product Manager

Core office hours: 09:30 – 14:00
